Q. I’m busy. How much time will this call take?

A. We hear ya! I'm busy too, so the more information you give me on the front end, the faster we can hit the ground running.


Our typical calls last about 30 minutes, but I'm not going to keep you on the phone for the sake of keeping you on the phone. We'll discuss what we need to discuss and go from there.

Q. Why so many questions to fill out!?

A: Yes, we know... Filling out forms suck. However, you're busy - and we're busy. So that we can hit the ground running on our call and for us to help you best, the more we know on the front end, the better.


It also forces you to articulate your issue - which provides clarity to your situation. Sometimes this is all that's needed to find a solution.

A. We use Zoom here for all our meetings. The main reason for this is so that we can record our conversation for both parties' reference. However, we're also open to whatever works on your end.
