Sales Hiring Systems for Sales Driven Organizations
Bad sales hires happen more often than most of us would like to admit. In the old days (just 2 years ago), business was constantly expanding. A bad sales hire was an inconvenience who’s negative impact could be “covered” by the production of your top performing sales team members.
Today in this economy a bad hire has a much bigger negative impact.
We are going after shrunken budgets and top performers are challenged to maintain the kind of high levels of production they had just two short years ago. The ability to mask the lack of performance of a bad sales hire with the natural growth of top performers isn’t there today.
At the NASRN conference in Ft. Lauderdale in May 2009 we all looked at how the two profiles Advanced Hiring System uses laser in on NASRN’s top performers.
Before you make your next sales hire be sure to use the tools available to you to avoid hiring a sales dud. The proof of the AHS sales hiring system on actual NASRN top performers is here. Study of Top Performers
