  • LEADERSHIP and VISION,
  • TRAINING,
  • COMMUNICATION
  • SYSTEMS/PROCESS,
  • DATA ANALYSIS
  • CORPORATE ALIGNMENT

I respectfully suggest all of the above are nice.

Yet, first and foremost do like the Yankees and recruit the best players.
