Want Proof the Advanced Hiring System™ Selects Better Candidates?
Not long ago, we were contacted by a large, publicly-traded national
healthcare services provider interested in the Advanced Hiring System™.
They had heard about us from another company. They wanted to find out
more about whether the Advanced Hiring model was valid for their
company.
We agreed the best way to demonstrate the effectiveness of the program
was to select a sample of "good" salespeople and
"poor" salespeople.
The company agreed to have us test 24 of their existing salespeople.
They gave us 12 good salespeople 12 poor salespeople. (2 of the good
salespeople did not complete the test in the timeframe we had
established.)
Here are the results:
Of the 10 good salespeople, we identified 7.
Of the 12 poor salespeople, we identified 8.
Think about what this means... since in our system you only interview
the candidates who score "good," 70% of the candidates
you would be interviewing were likely to succeed.
And you never would have spent 5 minutes talking with the majority of
poor performers -- never would have even met them, let alone hired them!
