We are certainly in business to make a profit. However, we have found that once you see it yourself, you'll want to use it for your sales hires. Our experience is the system sells itself.

Do all the hires made by the Advanced Hiring System™ succeed?

How many candidates need to apply to hire successfully?

Ideally, using the Advanced Hiring System™ you can (and should) run least 20 candidates through the system for each sales position. You can do this because the system eliminates 90% of the time you used to waste with dud candidates. With the AHS, you only concentrate meeting with the best candidates.

Are you available to consult with us on hiring?

Yes. We are available by phone during normal business hours. Most of our clients find after using the system for a short while they are confident on their own with just the occasional call to us for confirmation.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. We guarantee your hiring statistics will have improved over the prior twelve month period. If your company's statistics have not improved, we'll refund all of the money you spent on the Advanced Hiring System™.
