If you decide to take advantage of the Advanced Hiring System™ methodologies and other strategies enclosed in the Advanced Hiring System™ package, take the next 12 months to learn and hire using the techniques. We ask you to agree to maintain a hiring log of all sales hires taken via Advanced Hiring System™.

If you have not improved your sales hiring results at the end of 12 months we'll refund everything you've invested.

We will ask for your your hiring log and profiles and reports of all sales hires made over the course of the year to demonstrate that you followed the system. We are sure it works if you follow our System -- obviously we can't guarantee it if you don't follow it.

Customer Non-Disclosure Agreement for Advanced Hiring System™

In consideration of receiving the Advanced Hiring System™ sales hiring system and all corresponding documents from Advanced Hiring System™, you agree and acknowledge:

That the purchased package may disclose to me proprietary information of the Company; said proprietary information consisting of:

  • Technical information related to hiring systems, hiring rules, logic, or parameters.
  • Other technical information: methods, processes, formulas, compositions, system, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs, data, and research projects.
  • Business information: pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production processes, or merchandising systems or plans.

I agree that I shall not disclose or divulge to others including future employers, any confidential information, or any other proprietary data of Advanced Hiring System™ in violation of this agreement. I understand any potential benefits of sales hiring may not take place within the first 12 months of signing this document. All returns are subject to provisions of guarantee clearly outlined above.

Advanced Hiring System™ may notify any third party of the existence of this agreement in the event of a breach, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach. If using a credit card (Master Card, Visa, JCB or Diners Club), this agreement and my signature will serve as my official credit card authorization binding me to this agreement. I attest to having read the Advanced Hiring System™ web site including all disclosures. This agreement shall be binding upon me and shall inure to the benefit of Advanced Hiring System™, its successors and assignors.
