The Advanced Hiring System™ Company Story

Hiring salespeople is one of the most important things a company does to achieve success.

In fact, a great sales team may be more important for your company's success than the best product. (How many "best" products are not #1 in sales? And how many bad products have had tremendous sales success?)

Fourteen years ago we created a company (named Radio Profits Corporation) that made an average of 60,000 individual sales a year. From the time of it's inception until we sold it seven years later, it generated more than $84,000,000 in sales.

To accomplish this sales result required us to hire salespeople -- large numbers of them (more than 300 every year.)

We were a "virtual" businesses, with more than 200 locations across the U.S., the U.K. and Germany. Salespeople were hired without actually seeing them face to face.

We created a system and taught our managers in these 200 locations how to:

  • select the best applicants from a stack of resumes

  • what to ask the applicant when they came in

  • how to evaluate the quality of the applicant's answers

  • and dramatically increase the likelihood of picking a winner

As a result of what we learned, the Advanced Hiring System™ was created.

Today, every month, 97% of our business comes from renewals. And virtually all of our new clients come from referrals.
