So if you can't use resumes as a selection strategy what do we suggest? Profiles can't be lied to. If applicants try to lie, they produce FLAG PAGE, which essentially warns you to run, don't walk.
It's a bit self serving, but our advice is stick with the Advanced Hiring System strategy for deciding who to talk with. Use resumes as back up and filler, not the primary screening tool.
